Honeywell Sales Policy Summary
The Honeywell Sales Order Policy is a reference guide within the price book as it relates to common definitions, terms and conditions.
Where existing signed contracts or order acknowledgements stipulate different terms and conditions, those documents preside.
Part numbers, or SKUs, are categorized by one of the four groups:
Stocking: products have high sales run-rate, distributors should be stocking these
Standard: products have moderate sales run-rate, discretion left to distributors on whether to stock
Non-Standard: products are primarily project-based, discretion left to distributors on whether to stock
Custom: products are unique to specific customers and only for sale to the identified customer
Ordering polices for each of the four categories are described below:

All orders must meet the net minimum order value of $1.500 or local currency equivalent.
Lead times begin upon HSM receipt of PO and end upon shipment from HSM facility.
All days are provided in business days (5 days = 1 calendar week).
All returns are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by Honeywells Stock Rotation Policy.
Order multiples must also be in master carton intervals for stocking scanning SKUs.
Lead times apply only to order sizes less than the Max SKU Quantity. Call for lead time if quantity exceeds.

Initial quantity requirements do not include quantities required for pilot test and acceptance by the customer. EWR must be submitted to develop a new Custom SKU.
Minimum reorder quantities are reflective of Honeywells minimum order quantities with our suppliers and will vary based on level of customization.
Price Adjustments: Eligible price protection credit claims must be submitted in writing to Honeywell within thirty (30) days of the effective date of the pricing change. Eligible
products must be current and saleable and claims must include a SKU inventory list specifying the number of units affected by the price decrease.
